About Online Consultations

What is an online consultation? Is it difficult?

This service lets you see a doctor online. Instead of visiting a clinic in person, you can consult a doctor and receive a prescription from anywhere using your smartphone.
If this is your first online consultation, our staff will guide you through the process via LINE, so you can use the service with confidence.

Can I receive care from anywhere in Japan?

Yes. Online consultations and prescriptions are available throughout Japan, from your first visit through follow-up visits.

Is there a consultation fee?

There is no consultation fee for either your first or follow-up visits. You pay only for medication and shipping. As this is self-pay medical care, it is not covered by Japanese public health insurance.

What should I do if I miss the call?

Please return the call^※, or contact us through our official LINE account. In some cases, you may need to make another appointment.
Please note that we may be difficult to reach while consulting another patient.

Is care available in foreign languages? (About supported languages)

Our clinic provides consultations in Japanese only.
If communication in Japanese is difficult, we ask that you bring someone who can interpret fluently during counseling and consultations with the doctor (including explanations about medication and advice from the doctor).

If you have someone who can interpret Japanese without difficulty, you are welcome to receive care without any issues.

Safety

Are the prescribed medications safe?

Every medication offered by our clinic is prescribed by a doctor after carefully reviewing each patient’s health and individual needs.

I am concerned about side effects.

For patients who are prone to or concerned about side effects, we provide a side-effect care set (such as anti-nausea and constipation medication)^※free of charge with the first order, so first-time patients can begin with confidence.Available only to patients purchasing GLP-1 medication.

Medication

I do not know which medication is right for me.

During your online consultation, the doctor will recommend the most suitable medication based on your symptoms, health, lifestyle, and budget. Please feel free to share any preferences or concerns.

Do injections hurt? (For patients considering injectable medication)

Injectable medications use an ultrafine needle thinner than a strand of hair, so most patients feel little pain. If you are uncomfortable with injections, a tablet expected to provide a similar effect may be available. Please consult the doctor.

We ship as early as the day of your consultation, so patients who wish to start promptly will not have to wait.

Orders are delivered in privacy-conscious packaging. The outer package does not identify the product or contents, helping keep your order private from family members and delivery personnel.
