  • atone next-month payment (convenience store/direct debit)

    atone consolidates the amount finalized each month and sends billing information by email or SMS in the following month.
    Payment methods and deadlines are as follows:

    • Convenience-store terminal / bank ATM (Pay-easy): 10th of the following month
    • Electronic barcode: 10th of the following month
    • Postcard invoice: 20th of the following month
    • Direct debit: 27th of the following month

    The default payment method is a convenience-store terminal or bank ATM (Pay-easy). A billing fee is charged only in months when the service is used.

  • Deferred payment (convenience store/bank ATM)

    For deferred payment by convenience store or bank ATM, billing information is sent by email and SMS on the day after the order is confirmed.

    Choose between a convenience-store terminal and bank ATM (Pay-easy).
    Payment is due ten days after the bill is received.

    A deferred-payment fee applies.

Returns and Cancellations
If you use subscription delivery and wish to change or discontinue treatment, please complete a consultation at least seven days before your next payment date. After this deadline, payment for the next shipment will be finalized and the shipment cannot be stopped.

How to Book a Consultation for Changes or Cancellation
You can book a consultation by following the same steps used to book a medical appointment.
  • Select your preferred date and time on the Clinic’s booking page.
  • In the questionnaire, write either “I would like to cancel my subscription delivery” or “I would like to change my treatment.”
  • Once your booking is complete, your doctor will conduct an online consultation.
  • Your cancellation or change will be finalized once the consultation is complete.
